Microlithic Site of Sanchakou

Over 170 cultural relics were excavated at the Microlithic Site of Sanchakou in total, all of which are chipped stone tools. The stoneware types include the core, flake, scraper and microblade, and their materials were mainly from the surrounding areas of the site. There were approximately over 90 (the largest) pieces of flakes, 59 pieces of microblades, 15 pieces of scrapers and 10 cores. This site has a history of 10,000 years from now.

Stoneware Site of Yidao Valley

Archaeologists found a microlithic site in Yidao Valley of Wild Yak Valley in 2009. This site is about 500m long from south to north and about 400m wide from east to west, and more than 400 pieces of stoneware was found here. 34 pieces of stoneware was excavated, including 33 pieces of flake tools and 1 piece of core tool. There are still two places of well-preserved hearth remains, which were determined to be in about 7500 a BP (7500 years from now) by dating of the ashes in the hearth.

Stoneware Site of Sandao Valley

The site is located in Sandao Valley of Wild Yak Valley, about 33m long from south to north, about 42m long from east to west, with an area of about 1,500m2. Cores, scrapers and other stoneware are scattered on the surface, without exposed dwelling place. The Stoneware Site of Sandao Valley belongs to the settlement site of ancient site.
